Shipping policy

We aim to post all orders by the postage date stated on the homepage of the website as long as your order is made before the cut off day and time which is also stated on the homepage of the website. Please place orders in advance to avoid being disappointed with late delivery.

All orders are posted via Royal Mail and are sent out via 1st Class Signed for unless Next Day Delivery is selected so will require a signature upon arrival. The typical
time frame for this option is 1-3 working days but can also vary. If you have selected next day delivery your parcel should be with you the day after it has been dispatched before 1pm and will also require a signature upon arrival. Once your parcel is posted it is out of our hands and in the
hands of the delivery service so please contact them with any concerns about your parcel. Please note, we highly recommend next day delivery and will not be held liable if your order is delayed and unusable. You will not be reimbursed or refunded in anyway.

On the rare occasion your parcel may get lost in the post, this is unfortunately something that again is out of our hands. We cannot do anything about such cases until it has been more than 15 workings day which is when we can contact our courier with your delivery information so they can investigate what has happened and reimburse the cost of your items; until this process is complete we cannot take any further action. If your order is late but comes within 15 working days and the cones are unusable then you will not be compensated as we always recommend the next day delivery service to guarantee you receive your cones as fresh as possible.

Second Class signed for is also available but will only be an option if you are purchasing only Acrylic Paint cones and/or Body Paint Cones. This service service aims to be delivered within 2-3 working days but again can vary specially during these unprecedented circumstances. All of the above still applies once your parcel is posted.

Your order will be posted to the address you provide as you have written it and we cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery attempts due to being provided with the an incomplete/wrong address. Unfortunately you will not be entitled to a refund if it is an error on your part.

 

International Orders

Please email zareenshenna@gmail.com for international orders. Please note fresh henna cones cannot be posted overseas due to their short shelf life.
